“Room is small for 2 adults. Staffs/Attendants do not speak English. One or two staffs are rude. Airport shuttle is Rs. 500.00 and we called Uber for Rs. 300.00. Shower room is with out door and flooded the entire rest room area. There is a leakage from the sink. Few towels are stained and smell bad”

“Only 1.9km from T2 this hotel is an ideal 1 night stay if passing through Mumbai. With a couple of decent restaurants nearby and with quiet, comfortable rooms we stopped over twice when flying into and out of India. Staff were generally very helpful (although one young man on reception needs to be taught how to smile and should be trained in customer relations skills) but communications via email, or the Hotels.com messaging system, can be hit and miss and requests are not always actioned without several attempts. Also, during our first stay the bedroom had mothballs in the sink which created an unpleasant background smell in the room. However, despite these reservations, we would be happy to stay here again.”

“Check in was very simple, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was great! Great location near the airport. I stayed here twice on my first and last nights in India and am very glad I picked this place. It's in an area that is not very walkable but it is easy to find transportation from the hotel. Also loved the coffee and tea machine in the lobby! ”

Fridge did not chill. Bathroom was was ok except it was not on the same level. Safe worked fine. No carpet. View outside was not interesting.”
