“They told us to came at 3 pm to do the check in so we went for lunch and then came back at 3pm. When we arrive they told us the cleaners have not started to clean the room and is going to be like 2 hours until the room is ready. Not happy with this at all after such a long travel to lyon. The room was okey but the bathroom was pretty dirty and dusty.”
