The hotel was perfect for a family getaway (we booked 4 rooms). We could gather on the terrace or in the breakfast room to plan our days. The breakfast buffet was delicious (home made), but including a choice of fruit juice would have made the experience totally perfect.

Positive:
We loved our stay at In Stone house. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast spread each morning which gave as the opportunity to try a variety of Turkish food. The location was amazing. Cavushin is a charming neighborhood that felt extremely cozy and special. There are walking trails within walking distance from the hotel and a few restaurants nearby. However, if you prefer a more vibey atmosphere, Goreme may be more suitable. We were very glad we chose to stay in Cavushin as it felt very authentic, and Goreme is only a 5 min taxi ride away. There is also an incredible view point near the hotel which we climbed up every morning to view the balloons - although the balloons are also visible from the hotel rooftop.
Negative:
The rooms are a bit small with no cupboards which made it a bit difficult with our luggage.
Summary: The stay was memorable..they arranged the breakfast in a great way..the hosts were very friendly,it

Very well maintained property, excellent service, great breakfast and big rooms.
Property has lot of places to sit around. Everything was great. Owner of the hotel always there to give advice and help you to book many things with good price.
Negative:
Not writing this to say that didn’t like it but just for info. Bit far away from the center, around 3 km but many people will love it , like us who wants to stay in bit quieter place but close to everything
Summary: Great property , must stay.

Positive:
Beautiful property, rooms were nicely decorated and communal spaces were also very luxurious. The roof terrace was amazing.
The staff were very warm and friendly.
Breakfast was incredible, nice variety and the woman who cooks makes a fresh surprise daily. She’s a credit to the company.
Negative:
The only thing we didn’t like is that there seems to be a miscommunication with the payments to the hotel direct. On the last day of your stay we were told that payment had to be done in cash. There was a card machine that was used to pay for the room at our arrival, however for other payments (extra breakfast, cappuccino, ATV excursion and airport transfers) it was cash only. We ended up walking 4kms to Göreme and 4kms back under the rain to find an ATM since the one in the village wasn’t working (and we informed them about this)
Spending our last night at the hotel drying our clothes with the hair drying wasn’t the ideal plan.
Summary: Beautiful hotel, quiet area.
