“I liked the view or the hot air balloon in the morning. There are several things that I disappointed me: 1. Location: small town far away from the touristic area. You must have a car to move around. 2. The hotel was very basic. There wasn’t any amenities or services. 3. The room had an awful smell. It smelt like sewage and it was so strong we had to sleep with the door open to let in some fresh air. 4. The towels were old and had holes. 5. The breakfast was very basic and the lady serving was incredibly rude to me and my family. Overall would not recommend for foreigners as the staff doesn’t know english and refuses to help to make our experience satisfying. ”

“Fantastic property with a great view of balloons in the morning and the sunset in the evening. The walk up to the hotel from the main road is a little steep, but worth it. All the staff were very attentive and helpful. Parking is a bit of a challenge, however the staff work with neighbouring properties to coordinate getting in and out quickly and easily. Several great restaurants in the immediate vicinity, and a short walk to Çavusin Castle or nearby valleys with fairy chimneys.”
