“A/C was the first thing I darted for and it was perfect. From the warm greeting to checking in to the warm weather outside the Shasta Inn, this is the place to be for a summer with family. It’s such a convenient inn right off the freeway. Great location and had no trouble with our stay. The rooms were much bigger anticipated. It was nice to have a separate sofa area from the bed. Bathrooms look remodeled so great plus. In addition, loved the satellite/ Dish TV even tho we live in an age with streaming services but good for us people who share accounts and don’t have the login LOL”

“I learned that traditional hotels don't exist in Northern California/oregon. So when we pulled up we were disappointed by the exterior but when we entered our room it was Beautiful. My husband and I had a master bedroom and the second bedroom was spacious and clean and the bathroom was large. The staff was incredible. When a couple of sweatshirts got dirty and we asked about a Laundry nearby they offered to clean them for us. My daughter lost her AirPods there and they found them and shipped them to NJ. They were all so genuinely kind, helpful and informative. 100% recommend and you could walk into town so location was very convenient.”

“Everything in our room had been updated and was very nice so I would rate this above a typical highway hotel. Comfortable bed. No breakfast but that’s not a problem for us. Easy free parking. The desk clerk was cheerful, even though we were very late to arrive. Would stay again.”

“Pros: Staff, cute lobby, refreshing mint water in lobby, nice outdoor areas, well stocked room, dual temperature controls for 2 bedroom, microwave in room Cons: our room was very run down and in need of repairs( holes in walls and floor, torn up doorframe, mildew smell, etc)There is only stairs and all of their 2 bedrooms are upstairs, so not mobility friendly. This place really is a 1-2 star motel in a great location. The staff is exceptionally friendly and it's okay for a one night stay.”
