“Lovely hotel and would stay again. However, on one of the days I was really ill, so we wanted to ensure I wasn’t disturbed by housekeeping as I needed to sleep. My partner told the reception not to send housekeeping as I was unwell and didn’t want to be disturbed. I also put the “do not disturb” sign on the door, despite this, I received a message and call (which I didn’t answer as I was sleeping) and then a knock at the door from housekeeping who were dropping off laundry. I ignored the first few knocks but they kept knocking, so I eventually had to get up and answer the door. I think staff should take requests like this more seriously.”

“Stayed in Jannata for 5 nights and loved it so much. It was an amazing stay.
Great location and top notch facilities.
The room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable.
The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Everyone was warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile.
As a vegetarian, I was especially impressed with the food. The variety, quality, and flavor were outstanding — it’s rare to find a place that offers such delicious and thoughtfully prepared vegetarian options.
Overall, this resort exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and amazing food!”

“Our 2nd visit to this amazing boutique room with an unobstructed view of jungle from our spacious terrace. The staff, the food, the room - beyond a taste of paradise and loved authentic balinese culture and local warungs, rice fields. We are returning again and have booked already to not miss out - highly recommend!!!!! not ubud town centre - but free shuttle from hotel for those wanting to experience busy town - ”
