Air condition was lacking, otherwise excellent location and hotel near Seebuehne

My original room reminded me of a college dorm room or a mid-level hostel. Towels, soaps(partially filled) shoe horn, coffee and tea are the amenities. 2 clothes hangers in basic wooden armoire. Most interesting was when I turned on my shower water came out of shower head and bathroom ceiling. Cosmetics bag, evening clothes and other Sundries were thoroughly soaked. After drying & repacking went back to reception. Stella upgraded me to a (newly renovated?) suite on third floor. Looks like an attic room with ceiling skylights that have mechanical shades. The room was air-conditioned and there was no way to change the temperature or turn it off. Was quite cold throughout the night. I was also given a free beer. Only redeeming feature of this hotel for me was proximity to the train station. Price for my room led me to believe that this was more of an upscale establishment. Not impressed, other than with the staff, Stella and Barbara. If you are looking for a hotel that is even mid range upscale then pass by this establishment. I did not purchase breakfast so I have no commentary on that.

Wasn't 100% sure what to expect from this stop when we booked, as it looked a bit industrial, but it turned out to be fabulous. Big rooms, comfortable beds, and staff was great. Need a little more parking, but we just parked across the street and it was fine. Breakfast was also very good.

Otherwise excellent service but our room had a pullout couch which was open . We asked the staff to come and close it. They promised to come but never did. So we closed it out selves. No big deal, but we didn't wan tto possibly cause damage to the couch, as some mechanisms have their quirks.

Nice couple of night stay. Good breakfast, quiet. No view, but not far from the lake. Parking was okay, but get there early to reserve a spot. Nice staff!

Clean

We stayed in this hotel a few times. It’s quiet, clean and the rooms are comfortable. The reception staff is fantastic, always welcoming and friendly. Really nice play to stay if you are in Bregenz.

Comfortable and great location!

Staff at front desk were brilliant. Staff in restaurant were friendly. Cleaning staff were also friendly. Great experience.. well done!

Besides ordering a room for 3 and having towels for 2, having no AC in a 30+ degrees Celsius - location for Bregenz festival goers is absolutely perfect - 5 minutes walk from the concert hall an seebhune, breakfast was good and the environment is very quiet. One more thing to improve - moskito nets. My friend got bit from head to toe during the nights. Due to high temperatures, leaving the window closed for the entire stay was impossible. Also, we enjoyed sitting at the bar and outside, and having a great service!
