“The staff was very helpful, but it was a long walk to the pool area. There was no AC in the room, which made it very uncomfortable since it was 35°C outside.”

“At check-in, the person at the reception, a short man with a beard and grey hair, was a bit grumpy. Our reservation was for 1 couple and 1 child, but according to him it was for only 1 couple and he was apparently irritated that it would be necessary to make another bed in the room (detail: it was just "transforming" the sofa into a bed). The other staff are friendly and helpful. The advertisement says that the hotel has swimming pools, but in reality the pool is a public space; what the hotel offers is entry to the pool, which is already included in the reservation. Breakfast is good, but after 9am you always have to request something, because they don't refill the breakfast without asking.”
