Kavi Villa Reviews
Reviewer Type: Couple
Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: I stayed in the apartment, it has all the necessities and it was clean, mosquito nets were on every window/door(quite a rarity in SL).
The owners are kind and the breakfast was excellent.
The location is comfortable, 5min walk from the bus station and main road with shops.
Negative: Wifi had a very weak signal.
Maybe the outdoor stairway is a bit too steep and not well illuminated at night.
Summary: Comfortable stay in Aluthgama

Positive: Breakfast was good, eggs, bread, coffee and fruit. Nice terrace.
Negative: Wasn’t the cleanest place we’ve stayed, not awful though. we had a unit with a small kitchen and living room. The air conditioning didn’t reach these rooms and there wasn’t air flow, so they were way too hot to even be in. the bedroom door had to be closed to keep it cool enough.
Summary: decent stay. close to the train station. the owner was very kind and a nice terrace and breakfast. Have stayed in more p
