Negative: there was only one handicap parking spot and my husband is 100% disabled .there was a mini car in that spot that wasnt ever moved and they wouldnt ask that person to move over so we could fit our vehicle in the space also cause they didnt wanna bother the resident staying there. too much of an inconvenience for them i guess

Positive: Ot was a nice place. The pool and grounds were clean. The location was great it was just over an hour away from Key West. They have free kayaking. They also have boat docks.
Negative: The air conditioner did not work well at all. I set it diwb to 66° which should have froze me, and I was still very hot. All housekeeping did when I put out the sign to make up the room was change out the towels. They didn't make the beds or sweep the floor. There was also not broom or dust pan for me to do it.

Positive:
Pool and kayaking on the lagoon were both excellent and provided free of charge. The location on Marathon is not far from Sombrero beach - so we loved that too! The staff were very nice. And the location for a keys road trip was awesome!
Negative:
The room floors were very dirty and needed cleaning, but the rest of the room was very clean, bedding and towels were fine, and we had a lot of space.
Summary: Great Marathon key location for exploring Marathon and surrounding keys!

Positive:
room was ample. could however use a comfortable chair rather than having to sit on the bed. Pool could use to be resurfaced it is looking old and the stairs up to the pool need to be upgraded. It is a tough climb for an elderly person, and the railings are too far apart for someone to reach comfortably. Location is great only a short 6-minute ride to a great beach and lots of good shopping. This is our second stay and would stay there again.
Negative:
Stairs to the pool need improvement. Hard for an elderly person to climb and railing to far apart.
Summary: Had a good time and would stay there again.
