“There are little desk signs stating the whole hotel is 100% smoke free. It. Is. Not! Our room reeked of old smoke. I have asthma so I hope when I stay it doesn’t get aggravated, which it did. You should really say it’s smoke free now but was previously a smoking hotel. The bed spread has cigarette burn holes. There were yellow stains on cabinetry. The bathroom was really bad. Not that there’s anything wrong with it, but you can tell people lived there. They were standing outside of rooms and on stairs smoking. Smoke travels. My whole bag (the actual bag) smelled and needed to be laundered. There were so many holes in the walls and the chair for the door was broken. We had to take apart our keys and use a clip from there to lock the chain. The bed isn’t the greatest but it served its purpose. There were 3 tiny pillows on a king sized bed. We couldn’t even have an even amount of pillows. We did consider losing out on money and canceling, but we were tired. The Lady checking us in was very nice.”

“I recently stayed at the Knights Inn Bristol and was thoroughly impressed. The presentation of the Deluxe Room was excellent—clean, beautifully prepared, and very welcoming. ​The highlight of my experience was definitely the private hot tub, which was perfectly maintained and ideal for a relaxing evening. Additionally, the hotel is located in a wonderful, highly accessible area. ​Because of the pristine room setup and the great location, I would absolutely select this property again for a future stay. Highly recommended!”
