“Cute boutique hotel about 10 minute walk to Parikia port and town. We stayed in the semi basement Family room since we had a party of 4. It was tight, but it worked. The water in the shower did not go down but as soon as we mentioned it to the office they came and took care of it. We had to wait a short while before using the shower but once it was dealt with it worked well for the remainder of our stay. Lots of steps in this hotel so If you don’t want to shlep your bags up and down this place is not for you. No amenities. No Water in the office for guests No breakfast Coffee and 1 bottle of water provided in room. Overall decent property but not for everyone.”

“We enjoyed Kokoon - it is a charming property with helpful, friendly staff and cute, if compact, accommodations. Perfect location!! For us, the bed was too firm, which was our only complaint, but, they do provide a thick quilt, which we ended up putting on the mattress top, and that softened the bed enough to resolve the problem for us. There are not really any amenities outside of a nicely appointed room and a fab location (no pool or sun chairs) but, you are near Lividia beach (just 3 blocks away), so there is that! Catch the local bus and the ferries just a short walk away and enjoy great meals at Almíra and Mirmitzelí nearby, as well. Definitely recommend this charming hotel.”

“Kokoon Hotel really embraces a minimalist Greek aesthetic — white construction, light wood, clean lines, and very little clutter. I mean that in the best way possible. The whole place feels calm and almost like a meditative retreat. The rooms had everything we needed: a mini fridge, tea and coffee setup, and their own branded bathroom products (shampoo, body wash, etc.). The beds were comfortable, housekeeping was excellent, and everything felt very clean and well maintained. One thing to note: the “garden” shown in some photos is actually a private patio attached to certain room, not a shared outdoor common area. There isn’t a communal outdoor hangout space, but our room overlooked a quiet street so it still felt peaceful. The location is fantastic. From the ferry, it’s less than a 10-minute walk east along a pretty boardwalk, then two blocks up to the hotel. The boardwalk is lined with restaurants and cafes. Continue east and you’ll hit beaches and beautiful oceanfront spots for food & drinks. Walk west and you end up in Old Town, with gorgeous winding streets and tons of waterfront restaurants. Everything is very walkable. Overall, the vibe felt like Mykonos on a sedative — stylish and beautiful, but way more relaxed.”

“Great hotel. Located in walking distance from the ferry port (we walked with two large suitcases). Hotel kept our luggage till our room was ready as we arrived in the morning. Staff was very helpful with check in and check out. Great location, great restaurants close by. - couple from Canada”
