Terra | Villa in Parasporos, South Aegean

Positive: This was probably one of the nicest places we have ever stayed and we simply have nothing but good to say about our experience at this villa. The villa itself is stunning! We were a group of 8 and had so much space. Every room was comfortable and well equipped. Plenty of towels and pool towels available and a kitchen area that was so well equipped it had everything we needed. The villa benefits from a 360 view of the coast line and the sunset views every night are something else! Irini the host was probably one of the nicest and most accomodating hosts we have ever had. There was nothing she wouldn't do to ensure our stay was as magical as it could be. So helpful in every way. From aranging transfers, providing reccomendations for restaurants, car hire and boat trips. No question was too much and whenever we asked something she would respond immeadiately. We also benefitted from getting to know the owners lovely dog Olivia which was super sweet. If you love dogs you will LOVE Olivia! The cleaner lived on site and came in daily and was so friendly. Really made our stay super comfortable. We loved the villa so much we chose to stay and enjoy the villa mainly whilst we stayed in Paros. However we did take the boat from Pounta to AntiParos one day which I would highly reccomend doing. Pounta is a short drive from the villa nad you can get a boat across to AntiParos for just €2 with boats running to early hours of teh morning on a regular basis. AntiParos was lovely! We also had a lovely evening in Parikia one evening too which is not far. We had the most wonderful time during our stay here. Our holiday involved visiting 5 Greek islands and this was by far our highlight of the entire trip. We would highly recomend this villa if you are looking for a luxury getaway with friends or family.

Negative: When we arrived we didn't appreciate how far away we were from shops etc and of course it was on a very steep hill. So we had to hire a car for the duration of our stay. This wasn't an issue. Irini helped us and in just a few ours we had a car delivered. In hinsight we probably shoul dhave just hired a car from the port when we arrived but we will know this now for next time. Other than that there is simply nothing not to like about this beautiful villa and amazing host.

Positive: The views and how peaceful it was. Gorgeous villa with all you could need.

Negative: It’s not too close to the action but getting transportation is easy enough.

Positive: What can I say? Terra was the most fabulous villa I have ever stayed in. We were a group of six visiting Paros for the first time, and this property offered everything and more. Irini welcomed us upon arrival and made us feel right at home. The landscape is absolutely incredible, offering near 360 degree, breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea and the mountains of Paros. The serenity of the natural environment was matched by the quality of service and the incredible facilities. The pool is perfection, the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, and the numerous lounging and dining spaces were perfect for relaxing and eating group meals. Nadia cleaned thoroughly every day, creating a hotel quality experience with the home-like feel of a rental. The location is also ideal; it is a short drive from Parikia. We rented a car for day trips, but we also had no trouble getting a driver for nights out in Naousa.

Negative: Everything was perfect!

Positive: The house is even more incredible than in the photos! From the stunning infinity pool overlooking the sea, to the beautifully decorated and fully equipped interior that immediately feels like home, and the multiple terraces with breathtaking sunset views – everything was absolutely perfect. A special thank you to Irini, the wonderful host, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Even before our arrival, she was incredibly helpful with great recommendations and bookings. Once we arrived, she welcomed us with a lovely breakfast and continued to share helpful tips throughout our stay. The location is also ideal – just a 20-minute walk to the port of Parikia, with a supermarket and a great butcher only 15 minutes away on foot. We will always remember this amazing stay and hope to come back very soon

Negative: Nothing

Positive: We loved the incredible view, the pool, there was lots of space available for our group of 6 and our hosts treated us like family!

Negative: The only thing we didn’t like was having to leave!

Positive: Absolutely everything about Terra is amazing - the view, facilities and staff, there is nothing that we could have wished for better. Irini went out of her way to make us feel welcome, including welcome eats, guidance on restaurants, beaches, places to visit as well as being available at any time of day or night to help in whatever way possible. We had the most incredible week of sunshine, relaxation and spoiling staying at Terra!

Negative: There was nothing we could fault the property with.

Positive: What a fabulous villa. We were a party of 7 celebrating 60th and 30th birthdays with our grown up children and Villa Terra was the perfect place to celebrate. The villa is spacious, well equipped with many areas to sit, relax and enjoy the splendid views of the sea, coastline and sunsets. The pool was wonderful - I miss doing my morning yoga on the terrace and 40 lengths in the pool. Irini couldn’t have been more helpful and welcomed us with wine, snacks and a fridge stocked with bottles of water. Parikia is 20 minutes walk away (about 5 minutes on a busy road but this didn’t bother us) so convenient for meals out. There are beaches 15 and 30 minutes walk away. We managed without hiring a car and just used taxis on a couple of days to explore Naousa & Lefkes.

Positive: Beautiful and great location near downtown parikia. Staff was lovely and host was amazing. She had food and drinks to welcome us when we arrived. Bottled water as well. Fully stocked kitchen. Amazing views. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Positive: The host was exceptionally brilliant and helpful. The owners of the property should be designing hotels for the best hotels in the world. I have stayed in 27 countries in the last 20 years and this accommodation is the best i have come across not only value for money, but the attention to detail is amazing.
