“Amazing huge pool - great for kids. Some kids club activities at night to get a beak. Pals is a nice town with good restaurants and nice beach. Hotel has nice breakfast and is generally helpful. I did not play golf but it looked nice and pretty casual.”

“The hotel was nice and the staff were helpful. We booked this for a few days in October half term and checked the website and Expedia information. It did not mention that not only was there only one place to eat in the hotel, the majority of the immediate area was “closed” and out of season. As this was a short trip, we were specifically looking for somewhere where we didn’t have to travel far. This was not made clear on the website prior to booking and we were therefore a bit surprised and disappointed ”

“When they started it must have been great. But now the carpet on every floor looks terrible. Also in the elevator there are parts missing and unpainted.
In general it would need an update.
Regarding the opening times of the restaurant in the morning and evening: Be more strickt at the time. 19:45 is 19:45 and for us from Northern Europe that is late and we just want to eat. Same at breakfast. just open the dor at the correct time. You can walk around but should not be necessary.
For the rest the staff do their best but it needs a renovation.
