“The front desk staff were all extremely friendly! The location was perfect to see Costa Brava’s best beaches within an hour drive - most within 15 min drive. Pool was clean and refreshing during the heatwave! We loved the place and it felt very comfortable! There is some hallway noise for the sleeping nook by door. The AC is old and needs replacing. It cut off one evening but randomly turned back on. The front desk brought us a standalone unit but it would require us to leave the patio door on ground floor open all night (that could allow geckos, mice, birds, bugs or any person to walk in - so by magic we were relieved when the aging machine restarted.) When it worked it was cool enough to be felt in the bedroom. But I think one day soon it will quit for good. Cleaners were great but kept taking dirty towel and bathroom mat without providing a replacement so we were running out by the end of 7 days. Overall I would recommend this place!”

“Comfortable appartments and friendly reception. Good place for a summer holiday although a bit away from the beach. We stayed in the Aparthotel on our way to the south in winterseason. Not many restaurants were open and the cafeteria in the building itself closed too early for dinner. One can do self catering as there is a supermarket closeby.”

“ I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The floors were dirty, the bathroom had mildew, and there were stains on the bedding. Additionally, the air conditioning was not working properly, making for an uncomfortable stay. For the price I paid for the room, I expected much better service and accommodations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay. It is overpriced for the lack of cleanliness and poor maintenance. I will not be returning to Hotel CleaneSs in the future.”

It is close to shopping, grocery, beach, tennis courts, golf range and has a perfect swimming pool. The staff was very helpful, friendly and passionate to have satisfied customers.
