“Clean, nice bed, wifi connection was good, decent kitchen, decent shower (though the water pressure was a bit low), great area - very quiet and walkable to dining options. Heatpump.
I needed an extension cord to hook up my working space. Tv was tiny and in the top corner of the the living space (didn't use it).
Bathroom very small and no extractor fan.
Overall above average.
