“Do not judge a book by its cover. To be honest, the pictures are a bit deceptive on the overall feel and look, and I was a bit concerned when I pulled in. HOWEVER!!! When I opened the door to the room, it was absolutely beautiful! Impeccable, clean, fresh, cool - perfect! The "resort" was exactly what you want for the Keys. Use the paddleboards, kayaks, fishing poles and bait, free ICE!!!!, bring your own snorkeling gear though! A fantastic place for kids and families w a private beach, hammocks, etc. Staff was awesome. I reqlly enjoyed it and would go back!”

I especially want to recognize Natasha for her exceptional service. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out. She was always friendly, eager to help, and made us feel valued as guests. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.
Thanks to Natasha and the entire team, our stay was relaxing and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return on my next visit!”
