Positive: Great location, big and clean room. Smooth Check-in process. Fresh bathroom. Nice view and many windows. Walking distance to all main attractions in the city.
Negative: There was a kitchen but to use it you had to pay a cleaning fee. We had to maintain the AC units regularly during the stay and they had to be turned off when we left the room.

Positive:
Good location, at the bottom end of town. We paid the kind lady who checked us in €6 for a daily ticket for the near by car park which worked well. The apartment was spotlessly clean. All the amenities advertised were in the apartment.
Negative:
The apartment was as described and for two people it was fine. For four people, it would have been cramped. The photo clearly shows a balcony but our lower priced apartment had no balcony. The shower was a little challenging, being raised above floor level and with no hand rail, the shower head also did not stay in place. In addition the toilet seat does not fit the toilet, it was cheap and unstable. There was no shampoo as advertised. All fairly minor issues that could easily be fixed and didn't impact on our stay but are worth noting.

Positive:
This is an apartment at the bottom of the hill. The escalators to the cathedral and La Rocca are nearby. You can walk down through the historical center of the city back to the apartment or take one of the escalator routes. Restaurants are easy to reach from below or from above. We had a one-bedroom apartment with a fold-out couch in the living/dining room -- everything was clean and there was enough room for the three of us. We checked ahead of time to make sure we could bring our bicycles up in the elevator. We were sad to discover there is a flight of stairs to be climbed up to the elevator but the staff was lovely and let us lock the bikes in the building lobby.
Negative:
Nothing
Summary: Comfortable and convenient

No breakfast served, but there is a good coffee bar across the square with beverages, pastries, snacks and Gelato.

Beds need new matrasses.

Location plus parking spot at a cost of 5 euro a day. Terrace is a huge bonus. Host was easy to communicate and helpful
Negative:
No toaster, no tea towel, no kettle, no teaspoons, no collander. Breakfast is not worth it. The air conditioner stopped and could not restart
