“Really friendly, very clean ”

“As the title says, we arrived to no heating, the staff had out a portable heater in the room though, despite having a TV the remote didn’t work at all so it wasn’t watchable. The next morning we woke up to no water in the shower or any of the taps. After speaking to the young lady behind the desk about the issues I was told a manager would call me back the next day to discuss, 3 days late I’ve just called back and there is still no manager in to deal with it. If I’m being picky then there were other issues such as the iron not working, and the room being described as having a king bed on Hotels.com but there was only a double in the room. The young staff members on were very friendly though and clearly meant well, the place just isn’t getting looked after properly which is a shame as it used to be such a nice venue.”
