“Everything was absolutely perfect. It is five star all the way. Service impeccable. Guest relations manager Giovanna was superb as was the entire staff. I don't think that my husband and I have ever been to any hotel anywhere in the world that is run so perfectly as this gem in the Swiss Alps ! We hope to be back again !”

Beautiful rooms and very nice equiped, music in room, tv in tub and view are amazing for a great romantic couple weekend
