The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower curtain was past due for being changed though. I was looking forward to the breakfast, as I had read it was really good, but I was not really impressed with it. The choices were not great and the pastries appeared to be old. I will say the coffee was pretty good, but larger cups would have been nice. The scenery of the ocean was awesome. Overall, for the price paid I would rate it a B-.

The place was great overall the view was beautiful close to City. Unfortunately there was no breakfast that was alluded to and no screen door with bugs and the stairs to the ocean was broken. No access but great views overall bang for your price well worth it thank you again and add the marketplace downtown for breakfast would be fantastic. We enjoyed couple meals there.
