Staff very friendly. Lobby area very nice if you want to relax for a bit. Our room was nice but not very clean. Hair in shower, sticky bathroom floor, and dusty/dirty floor in room. However, the bed was comfortable and had clean sheets. One big complaint is the noise level. Walls are paper thin between rooms so be prepared to hear everything. Also, any sounds just echo throughout the entire hotel. Nice choice of coffee at the front desk. Location is good and there is a trolly stop just around the corner. Betsy’s for breakfast is top notch. Parking for your vehicle is a plus.

Lucky Inn was a great stay! I loved the vibe and their aesthetic. We were only here for one night but the stay was cozy and comfortable. We loved the bed and the shower was perfect.

We weren't sure what to expect with a last-minute booking. This is our new favorite hotel, especially for the price. Friendly staff and an extremely clean room. We love the fact that the car and single entry gates have a passcode, as well as the front door to the hotel.

Great Stay , will be returning . Very comfortable and private . I feel at ease wghen i stay here. 10/10 , staff is welcoming and at service . The manager takes good care of the patrons and the hotels upkeep

We stayed for 3 nights and have no complaints. It is a little bit over priced for only having the necessities inside the rooms and located in a VERY sketchy neighborhood. But other than that, the hotel is up to date, has free gated parking and it is very close to the French Quarter.

This was a lovely stay! Everything was clean and very affordable! Dee was very polite and understanding when I called to ask a question. When I walked up, he remembered my name from a 10-minute phone call. The room was simple & clean. It smelled so good in there! My only little thing was that the room had no fridge or microwave. However, that is not major because we came to go to a concert and were out most of the night!

Due to flight delay, it was a very short stay. Would definitely stay again. Appreciated the free parking and its close location to the street car that takes you to the French Quarter and downtown. If you are a super light sleeper, bring ear plugs as the hallway carries sound. Very clean with fun decor and welcoming staff.

Hotel was ok, room was clean, the neighborhood do not look safe at night time but the main reason I rented was because it has parking lot inside and was safe for my car.
