“I stayed at this Philadelphia home from the 7th to the 10th of June with a group of 7 people attending an event. Unfortunately, the sleeping arrangements did not match what was advertised on the listing. The website stated there were 4 beds available, but upon arrival, we found only 3 actual sleeping spaces — two beds in one room, one bed in another room, and a sofa that was expected to serve as an additional bed. Since we were all strangers sharing the space, this setup became very uncomfortable and inconvenient. I eventually had to pay for a separate hotel room for some of my guests. Another issue was parking. We parked in the residential area where no other vehicles appeared to be restricted during our stay, but the next morning our car was towed while we were attending our event. We had to spend about $250 to retrieve it, and after getting the car back, we noticed scratches on the rear of the vehicle. I did communicate these concerns to the host, especially regarding the misleading bed arrangement on the listing. To the host’s credit, they offered a 20% refund, which I appreciated but haven't received that yet, although it did not fully cover the inconvenience and additional expenses we experienced. Overall, I believe the listing should be updated to clearly and accurately describe the sleeping arrangements and parking situation so future guests can plan properly and avoid similar issues.”

“The apartment is cute and comfy. I had no issues that hindered me or my guest from enjoying our time! It can use a paint job (that's wipeable), due to the scuff marks on most of the walls... other than that everything was fine. The only problem I had was PARKING... it was horrible! You may have to walk blocks or even park and get a ride back to the building. ”
