The bedroom has a magnificent bay window leading directly into the bathroom, which has a large walk-in shower.
The fully-equipped kitchen allows you to cook dishes with a southern flavour, and the living room invites you to enjoy them warmly around the dining table.

Designed to offer unparalleled comfort, access to this suite is entirely independent thanks to a connected lock system, and features air conditioning, a safe, satellite TV and high-speed Wi-Fi access. Please respect the peace and quiet of other residents and the cleanliness of the premises.

## Notes

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR($1.058+0.608%) smoking fee, at minimum.

## DEPOSIT

You will be asked to provide a bank guarantee of €500. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure Swikly online service, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation.
The amount is not blocked or debited, and does not affect your credit card limits. You will only have to pay a service charge of €4.50.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as return of the property in perfect condition, this transaction is automatically canceled.

## DEPOSIT

A bank imprint of €500 will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Stripe, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card.
Within 2 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled. Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk. A private bathroom, single-room air conditioning, and a full kitchen are featured in every 42–91 m² suite or studio. King beds furnish the 1-bedroom suites, while studios pair a queen with a sofa bed, and select studios add a soaking bathtub. Full toiletries are stocked throughout, and thanks to the in-unit washer and dryer, you’ll be able to travel light.
