“An affordable en-suite room in a good location, sorted me out when I missed the ferry!
Good food (especially the breakfast), friendly and helpful staff. Comfy bed, decent shower. Easy parking just opposite.
My only criticism is that the section of the building I was in had *really* loud plumbing. If somebody nearby uses the tap, or flushes the loo, you know about it, and I can see this being a problem for light sleepers.
I'd come back here again.”

“We had a great stay at Manor House! It is a perfect convenient location if you’re catching the Scrabster ferry. The rooms were spacious and clean. The property is family run and they were wonderful people! We had a delicious dinner at the restaurant and they offered breakfast as well with both continental and a full Scottish hot breakfast options to choose from.”

“This is a good place to stay, clean, comfortable, very friendly and attentive staff and good food. I booked 4 rooms for my family who were traveling to attend my daughters wedding, all concerned were very handy with their stay. You are well looked after at this hotel.”

“Location is very central and there is ample parking.
The person who checked us in used scare tactics to opt into eating dinner and breakfast at the hotel saying we wouldn’t be able to find a meal anywhere else, which we did not appreciate. We were able to find both dinner and breakfast around town without issue.
The hotel and rooms are very run down. The floors and bathroom needed a good cleaning. We thankfully only stayed one night and it was fine, but I wouldn’t recommend and this should be rated more of a 1 or 2 star motel.”
