Premier Inn Thurso | Hotel in Thurso, Scotland

“Food was not good. And female staff seemed short and rude.”

“The staff was extremely friendly, the beds were the most comfortable.”

“Only problem was the restaurant was not open”

“The water in the shower was far too hot. There was a sign warning of hot water, but it was actually too hot to stand under, and i am an adult. There is no way you could have put a child in the shower. Apart from that, it is what you would expect from a Premier Inn. ”

“Was a great one night stay before out ferry to Orkney. However we arrived about 730 pm having driven from St Andrew's and were told no dinners were available unless we had already booked. So we had to scramble and find somewhere to eat. We went to the Indian down the street and bought a carry out back to the hotel. We wanted to just sit in the dining room to eat, but we were told we couldn't so we took it to our rooms, which wasn't ideal. If we had been warned ahead of time then it would have been easier to deal with. All we needed was an email or text earlier in the day to warn us. Otherwise hotel is nice and location was good.”

“Clean. Room well accesoried. Exclente quality/price ratio.”

“Noise disturbance from other rooms impacted sleeping”

“Excellent hotel with modern clean rooms, well lit parking and good breakfast. Ross, Fiona end Emily (?) in the bar were very welcoming. ”

“It was a nice hotel at a reasonable price and it had restaurant ”
