Summary: The staff friendliness, exterior hotel grounds and beach were the best aspects of this hotel. The sea was crystal clear (pebble beach). The pools were clean and the mini slides in the kid's pool were good fun for younger kids. Unfortunately, it's not a 5 star luxury hotel as advertised. It's catered for French speaking families regarding the day time and evening activities which was not advertised and we therefore couldn't participate so we had to find ways to entertain the kids. The main water slides are for 7+ year olds and are on a schedule which again was not advertised and we couldn't make full use of this facility (on only during lunch time and at 16.30). The food provided is limited and average quality. The indoor premises lacked decor and warmth, like a blank canvas. There were some issues around correct towelvand coffee provisions for the rooms, the room phone not working, the bathroom flooding after a shower (especially the room with the shower curtain which was old and stained), no room service, no cream in the room for coffee as not something they supply, the toilet roll handle falling off the wall, old mattresses (could feel the springs), tired room decor (closet, doors, chair), tired beach umbrellas (and very low so even the kids knocked their head a couple times let alone the adults). The all inclusive doesn't include Greek coffee. The afternoon snack was just biscuits/cake. The bar closed at 11pm. Overall, a pleasant beach holiday but only a 3 star hotel.

Summary: Tired property in need of updating to bring it back to modern day standards.staff were friendly and hotel clean. Food choices were poor and basic at all mealtimes. No pool bar, sun beds whilst plentiful no cushions. Outdoor gym was broken and inadaquate. Rooms were spacious but family room additional beds were very poor small and extremely uncomfortable , no room facilities water was not replenished during g stay . Housekeeping turned up at 8am . Barely all inclusive

Summary: Outrated hotel regarding its 5 stars, one could expect more with 2021 and not '90s standards. Still, a fair price. Very good for families withs kids and toddlers. The beach is outstanding, the pool and the kids pool very nice also. The food is not good, at a level of a kid's birthday party. The drinks also, of the lowest possible quality (but noone seems to bother). Cleaningness is good, but the rooms are old and oldness always gives the impression of being unclean, especially in the bathroom. The umbrellas must be 20 years old minimum, which is unacceptable for me. I can understand that a full renovation may not be possible, but bying 200 new umbrellas cannot be that difficult. After all, we had a nice stay, but it depends on one's expectation: if you seek 5 star accomodation and luxury, its not. If you seek a relatively cheap stay, family-friendly, with a superb beach a few steps away, its nice.

Summary: Mass Tourism Style All Inclusive. No high quality. Not even 4 or 5 Star for us. Rooms are old. Queues were disturbing and the drinks had no high quality. For good quality drinks extra payment was necessary. Too expensive for everything. Was nothing for us. For a cheap beach hotel its ok.

Summary: The staff was very friendly and Im sure it’s a nice place to stay when everything is normal. Unfortunately now there were little people (so sad for the hotel), but that makes that a lot of facilities weren’t open, there was a small buffet (and someone like me with allergies has a harder time), and a lot of sunscreens were taken down. That being said, the friendly staff made up for it and defenitely worth it to support them during these hard times.
Rooms were spacious and tidy. But uncomfortable beds..
