“The hotel has an amazing view and the location was excellent, but the lack of basic amenities is why I rated it poorly. I requested that the air conditioning be fixed three separate times. The first two times, I was told someone would come take a look, but no one ever showed up. The third time, I was told the air conditioning only turns on when it’s hot outside. It was 83°F (28°C) that day. What was most frustrating was the lack of honesty and effort to address the issue. If the air conditioning was broken, I would have appreciated being told the truth and offered some form of accommodation. They couldn’t even provide a fan. I also wasn’t the only guest experiencing this problem. During my stay, I heard multiple guests complaining to the front desk about the lack of air conditioning. The view was fantastic, but poor communication and the failure to provide a functioning air conditioner made the stay disappointing.”
