The kitchen does not include a dishwasher. The sofa bed sleeps one additional guest but must be requested at the time of booking, with additional charges applied. The homeowner may occasionally require access to the shed and garden to collect personal items or carry out basic maintenance – this would not involve entering the home and you'll be given a minimum of 24–48 hours' notice.

Our standard check in time is between 15:00 and 21:00. Please get in touch if you’d like to request a check-in outside of these hours. For check ins between 21:00 - 23:00 there will be anadditionalfee. Baby cot and highchair are also available to be hired. We look forward to welcoming you!
