“Hi. My impressions of the stay were mixed. I could see that the property owners are genuinely trying to make the stay comfortable, and there are definite advantages to renting this vacation home. For example, modern temperature control throughout the house, an audio system that lets you enjoy music even upstairs, the availability of a washer and dryer, and a large refrigerator in the kitchen. At the same time, there are some details that could be improved. The frequent messages before check-in felt a bit overwhelming. In my opinion, the house would benefit from some renovation and more attention to the outdoor area. The mattresses were very soft, which may not be suitable for guests with back issues. There was a wine fridge but no opener. The welcome package didn’t include tea or coffee for the coffee maker. Also, a dusty vacuum was placed in the guest wardrobe, which gave an impression of untidiness. The white bed linens had yellow stains that didn’t look washable, so replacing them with something new would be a good idea. Overall, these small things slightly affected the impression. If one is prepared in advance, it’s not a big issue, but when you expect service closer to at least a 3-star hotel, it can feel a little disappointing. Still, I appreciate the effort made, and thank you for hosting.”
