Summary: The room was as expected for the cost. Everything was outdated but was in working order. Parking was okay. The phone in the room didn't work to get ahold of room service but I guess that's because they're updating their system. Room service came to clean while we were out and took two of my personal towels and no offer was made to replace them, so that was a little disappointing. Also, the restaurant is closed on the premises.

Summary: If you're traveling solo and are the type who prefers to be out and about and needs a room just to have a place to sleep, then this hotel is for you. It's not pretty from the outside, but at 1/3 the price of every other hotel around, it's an excellent deal.
You get a clean room and a bed with clean sheets. The floor has a clean carpet. The AC is cold. The shower has hot water with good water pressure. You get a desk with two outlets for your laptop and phone if you need to work. The motel is centrally located and Otenanta is a hip town with good cafés nearby. It even has a YMCA if you need a gym. And you get two complementary cups of coffee in your room.
The internet is slow, but that for me is not a problem because I get good data service from a wireless carrier and a wi-fi hotspot from my phone.

Summary: The staff was accommodating, we arrived in the area early and they didn't hesitate to give us access to the room earlier. I did call ahead first and they were helpful and accommodating.
It's what you would expect for the price. The room was musty and our dated but it was clean and manageable. We would stay there again to save on money.
It looked as if there were a few extended stay guest there but didn't see like trouble and they weren't too noisy or a problem

Summary: Room was clean but had a funky smell. Don't know if it was the ac or the carpeting. Luckily we had a can of lysol in the car and sprayed the rug and the air conditioning vent and that seemed to help. They had a coffee pot with 2 packages of coffee but no sugar packets or creamer so that was useless. The place is old could use a makeover.
