“Meticulously decorated, but too many display items hindering useful space. Too many fur rugs, trip hazard. antique tub is so tall, and without rail or grab bar, dangerous. Lucky we did not need a shower that day. A desk in the huge Walk-in closet would be wonderful. We did enjoy the tremendous and well maintained lush garden, and vases of arranged flowers everywhere. The breakfast and treats items are generous and thoughtful.”

“Hidden gem in the shadows of Mount Rainier! We just stayed one night - and it was super convenient to drive the 6 miles from Mountain Meadow to the Mount Rainier National Park entrance. We did so twice. The Colemans had excellent communication before and during our stay -- offering suggestions for restaurants and nearby conveniences. We loved using the outdoor campfire....it was set up and ready to go and all we had to do was light the kindling to get it going. Quiet and comfortable setting. A selection of breakfast food was left in our refrigerator and kitchen - including bagels, butter, cream cheese, jelly, breakfast egg sandwiches, yogurt, granola, milk and oatmeal - plus tea an coffee. Oh and a S'mores pot in the kitchen with supplies. The Rise & Grind drive-through coffee shop is within a one-minute drive. Use this as your base to explore Mount Rainier from the southwest entrance.”

“Beautiful historic home on a beautiful piece of property. It was nice to be able to get up and fix what we wanted for breakfast in the quiet morning hours and then eat on the porch in the cool morning air. Our Tao suite was clean and spacious. It’s so close to Rainier that we were able to get to Paradise early enough to see her show her true colors without huge crowds”

“The property is lovely and cute and the rooms are clean, comfortable and warmly decorated. The only observation is that there is no lobby so check in was a little confusing. After check in, there is no more interaction with hosts. However instructions are posted clearly around the room.”

“The room was clean and spacious, the breakfast do it yourself which makes sense in Mount Rainier because everybody starts at different times. Who’s this was so gracious and made it really feel like a home. We took advantage of the fire pit and the hot tub and really love those amenities. Also the wraparound porch was absolutely delightful and relaxing. I will definitely be back if I’m in the area again”
