Also a large private balcony to take in the stunning daily sunsets over the 47 acre lake. Master bedroom has a king bed with walk in closet and private bathroom with shower. Second bedroom has queen bed with secluded access to second full bathroom. Internet, Cable and Electric Included. Tenants have access to development heated pool, sauna, tennis courts w/ pickle ball and gym. 3 mile paved bike/jogging trail and 1 mile leisurely walk/drive to Starbucks coffee, restaurants and shopping. Only 4.2 miles to the amazing Naples beaches and fabulous 5th street in downtown Naples Florida. Very quiet and relaxing space.
