“This place is amazing! Working in the hospitality industry my expectations are always high and very rarely met but this place far exceed them. Lean into the vibe of this place and do the Airstream. It's about the same size as the small cabins but they also have a sink and a countertop which the cabins do not. The Airstreams are a bit more rustic but what they lack in mod/cons are more than made up for by the bathrooms with the outdoor showers. The drive in movie theater is a really cool experience l and the pool feels great after a long hike in the desert. The staff are all extremely helpful and attentive. Plus the food truck is incredible! And they are absolutely dog friendly. They can go anywhere you can go. We will definitely be back.”

“This was my second time staying here and it was just as amazing as the first! The hotel is spotless and the staff is incredible — they always go above and beyond. I love that it’s dog friendly, which makes traveling so much easier. The food truck on site is delicious and the classic car drive-in is such a unique, fun touch. Already planning my next stay!”

“The pool and hot tub were great! The pool was the attraction for us to book with Ofland Food at food truck was tasty and loved seeing the movies at the drive in set up. We sat in the old Ford pick up. Staff was friendly and helpful which was also really nice as well. We will recommend and also hope to be back”

“There were so many thoughtful little details that improved our experience at ofland! Of course our cabin was adorable and we enjoyed our views of deer coming down to feed in the morning and gorgeous sunsets at night. The outdoor shower was a fun addition. At the lodge we were saved from the summer heat by the available ice and we loved fueling for our hikes with the complimentary coffee, fruits, and cereal treats (they were homemade and SO GOOD!!). We will likely be back to this desert oasis.”

“The property was well maintained. Nice to have AC. Amenities like covered lounge area with seating including tables and gas fire pits as well as pool and extra large hot tub were a huge plus.”

“We didn't know what to expect, and we were blown away with everything about Ofland Excalante! Even though we only stayed one night, we took advantage of the pool, hot tub, free coffee and snacks, food truck, and drive in movie. There was a great supply of beverages, and snacks for purchase in the lobby. We were a bit nervous about not having a bathroom in our Airstream, but the bathroom/shower facilities were truly spa level and we loved the pampering they provided. We'll be back!!”
