Summary: overall our stay was fine. The wifi is not good, it drops you every minute or so. The hotel apparently knows this, as they give you a notice telling you that is may not be reliable. In this day and age, this is not acceptable. Reliable internet is a given today. The shower drain was slow and backed up while you used it. The bed was fine. The room was clean.

Summary: We would not recommend this hotel. The rooms are very small and didn't seem maintained/cleaned well. The bathroom was large compared to the room, but didn't have any outlets by the vanity. There was also an odd smell in the room--smelled somewhat like urine. As we walked by the pool, it had 'green' growing in it. We didn't feel very safe there (the door had several 'notches' cut out by the lock) and we actually put a chair and our suitcases by the door. Most of the hotels recommended by Hotels.com that we've stayed at have been very nice--this particular one should be reconsidered by you.

Summary: TV remote didn’t work. No phone in room to call about it. Front desk couldn’t figure out the remote. Printed WiFi password was wrong. Again had to go to front desk to get correct password.

Summary: This place was nice. No breakfast, centrally located. Outside needs a little maintenance and clean up, but room was clean, bed comfortable. City was amazing.

Summary: There was no shampoo available in my room. For one of the more expensive properties in port Angeles area I would recommend going with a cheaper property for the same experience.

Summary: Without planning a head this was a quick stop on our trip and the hotel accommodated us well.

Summary: There are places that you want to feel catered to while on a vacation and there are places are just a place to sleep, shower and, well, other stuff. This fall firmly into the later; the room was nice enough, although a little noisy from whatever was going on upstairs. There is no view, it's close enough to food, but not necessarily nice restaurants. It is a Motel, not a hotel. It's not dirty, but it didn't exactly sparkle. Port Angeles can be sketchy on a good day. In the end, my car was fine, I slept fine (given the circumstances) and while I would stay again, it would not be my first choice if I were on vacation. On the other hand, the pricing reflected that and I did not want to spend four figures on a two-night weekday stay.

Summary: When we checked in there was a smell of mildew, there was barely any toilet paper on the roll, there was so much furniture shoved into this little room you could barely move. Thank god there were two beds since one of them was horrible barely getting any sleep the first night, the second night we switched beds and it was much better. This was one of those times that the hotel was charging the rate of a good hotel but with way less standards and cleanliness than the other hotels. The signs did say they don’t clean the rooms everyday, and it shows.
