“Room was good BUT …. It did need some maintenance on the sink facet as it dripped all night . I did. Notify the staff the next day”

“4 night stay. Hotel was clean and room was comfortable. 90% of front desk staff was very unfriendly. They never acknowledged guests walking through lobby right in front of them and it would take a minute for them to look up from their computer to acknowledge a guest standing in front of them when stopping to ask a question. They definitely need more training in hospitality. However, kitchen staff were friendly, accommodating and professional.”

“Nice stop. I was disappointed that the Bistro was closed on Sunday nights. Bed was good, pillows too thick. Spokane Oxford was a hard act to follow so I shouldn't compare”

“It definitely aged over the last couple of years. It's still pretty clean but staff needs some training in customer service as as how to smile. It was a bit loud at night. All in all, I would give it 2 and a half stars. I'll probably try another option next time.”

“Asked for a quiet room but they gave me a room next to 2 doors and an elevator, with a broken air conditioner. The air unit worked but gave a terrible, random howling sound followed by pinging. Totally random throughout the night. Too late to change rooms. Talked to receptionist but …. ‘Oh, sorry about that, we will give you a quiet room next time, I’ll notate your account when you book your next one.’”
