“Everyone was very helpful and friendly especially Ms April over at the bar/lounge area …… we arrived early and the clerk came around the counter and put our luggage up so we didn’t have to drag it around while we waited. Once our room was ready he gave us a ride to our room….. My daughter took care of everything at the desk so I didn’t get his name but he went ABOVE AND BEYOND”
