Positive: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. Nice central location in town, close to several restaurants and shopping. They have a place to store your luggage if you arrive early/leave late.
Negative: I stayed here two separate times. the first time the bed was okay, the second stay the bed was a little to firm for me. There are no rooms on the ground floor, so you have to climb at least one flight of stairs to get to your room. They did carry offer to carry up our suitcases, which was nice, but if you have difficulty with climbing stairs do request a room on the second floor.
Summary: I stayed here one night pre and post a dive liveaboard and it worked out perfect for my needs.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms and friendly staff. Good location near many restaurants and shops.
Quiet at night and comfortable beds. Free parking in the back.
Breakfast was simple but hot and nutritious. Coffee is available all day.

My favorite part of this property was the staff, the homey vibe and location.
Staff and customer service were great. Shoutout to Genny for great recommendations and very welcoming energy.
The style and accommodation of the property was also very creative and attractive. Very “Instagram worthy” to describe it. They also have so many accommodation with many little touches like a small map of downtown Koror and the need to know spots such as Police Station and such as well as restaurants and stores.
Also located in a prime location, next to 2 main stores/supermarkets (WCTC and Surangel) and many restaurants.
Negative:
Not much, only recommendations is if any chance in the future to install an elevator, but staff were offering to carry luggage as well.
Summary: Great staff, accommodation and location. Definitely would recommend.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Got free tea and coffee throughout the day. The room was comfy and big. Had a lovely selection of souvenirs as well. The inside decorations of the hotel are quite nice.
Negative:
The outside of the property looks like a dilapidated building but that seems to be the case of a lot of buildings in Palau.
