“This was a great hotel for our family to stay at while visiting friends in the Steyr area. The front desk staff was polite and courteous, although their English was not as good as in some of the other more touristy areas of Austria. The breakfast available at the hotel was very good (although not included in the hotel booking, we were able to arrange this once on property). The elevator was only functional when front desk staff was at the hotel due to a technician defect - this was not really problematic for our family but hopefully gets fixed soon. The location was very walkable to the town center.”
