Very welcoming staff, nice city, good size very clean room.

The soothing melody of flowing water serenades us into a peaceful slumber. Additionally, the hotel has thoughtfully adorned the windows with insect-proof nets, allowing us to relish the refreshing breeze without the nuisance of mosquito bites. Despite its age, the hotel maintains a spotless appearance, with well-maintained rooms that have been tastefully refurbished. The presence of elevators ensures convenient access to all floors. The restaurant excels in delivering exceptional quality dishes, leaving us blissfully content and reluctant to bid farewell. Notably, the warmth and hospitality exhibited by both the staff and the hotel owner left an indelible impression on us. Their genuine friendliness made our stay truly memorable, and we eagerly anticipate a return visit.

WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL WONDERFUL. Great front desk staff, WONDERFUL breakfast, ELEVATOR, and parking directly behind hotel with elevator directly to your room from parking. Right on the river and room had a GREAT view of the old tome ..... THANK YOU! Right in the old town, Thank YOU again for a WONDERFUL stay.

Historical building, nicely maintained, spacious room and facilities, sumptuous food at the stunning restaurant view, friendly staff, close to train station and city center.

Other than the advertizement of of free parking that was close to not be a free parking, everyting was perfect ! Location is exceptional !

Nice hotel, great location, great food and service

I came the hotel at 11 am and to my surprise there was a sign at the window of the hotel stating, 'open at 2 PM.' This was the only hiccup in an otherwise memorable and pleasant three day stay. My spacious room had a fanatstic view to the river and the confines of the city. Excellent breakfast buffet with a select choice of meat cuts and an assortment of cheeses was the perfect way to start the day. The receptionist not only manned the desk, answered phone calls and even cooked me some scrambled eggs. In this hotel, I was treated like a king. Highly recommended for those who want to be spoiled during your vacation.

We were delighted with the presentation of the hotel and the foyer and rooms. So welcoming and inviting. The windows in the bar and restaurant looked out directly over the river and across to the old town area. There is so many things to see and do across the river such as eateries, shops, and beautiful architecture. Our room was gorgeous with crisp white clean linen, and very spacious with a sitting area, bed area and full bathroom. The two windows looked out directly to the rive and across to a beautiful old township and amazing old churches. So beautiful. We could also see beautiful snow capped mountain ranges in the distance. The staff were extremely helpful and their English was very good. We had lovely pre dinner drinks in the bar. The meals we had in the restaurant were above average, the flavours and choices were great and honestly, we could not have had better anywhere else.
