“This was a stopover for us and I wish we had another day to enjoy the close proximity to the beach. How awesome! The property here is wonderful. It is nestled in a neighborhood area. I imagine it is bustling much more during peak season but September was very enjoyable. The beds, bedding, and pillows are amazingly comfortable. Nicely updated overall. I’d recommend.”

“Super clean, nice breakfast, the staff were great and there’s a restaurant/bar on the premises if needed! It’s also just a minute or two from the beach which is really wonderful! There’s also a cute Main Street nearby and it’s 5 minutes from The Ocean House restaurant. Our family will plan on staying here in the future!”

“We used to stay when it was the Commodore Inn and there are lots of nice improvements! It's great to have a wagon, beach chairs and an umbrella with each room. The restaurant and continental breakfast are much nicer. Pool is great and beach access is key.”

“The room was very comfortable and clean. The manager that was on site was not helpful. She did not know where the ice machine was, we locked ourselves out of our room and there was no one on site with a master key. Someone had to go to the Pelham main property to get us a key to let us in our room. Also, We had brought our own martini glasses and they were taken out of our room by housekeeping. These were four new glasses that I had bought specifically for our trip and we did not get them back. Also, the food choices from the tides restaurant are the basically the same as The Pelham house and the menu is very limited. While we had to wait for someone to go get us a key to get back into our room, we sat in the bar and had a drink and we paid for the drinks. The manager was not very complimentary and was quite put out by the fact that we had accidentally left our key in the room and locked ourselves out. We only had one key for four of us.”

“Preseason visit so restaurant was not open. Our room was very clean and comfortable and all staff very helpful. No wifi problems. Really enjoyed our stay in the quiet time.”

“I thought there was a free breakfast but found it doesn’t start until sometime time in June”

“Room was lovely - clean and spacious. The bar and pool were not opened while we stayed at the property. Location was quiet and convenient to everything we wanted during our stay. ”
