“The rooms have a bit of a smell, not outrageous, probably due to age and the amount of exposed wood. Beach proximity is great, right out the back door. The building is on a small footprint and parking is extremely tight. Breakfast was o.k. The quiche was really good, muffins and croissant were also good. Pretty much continental as stated. Easy walking distance to the town of Harwich. The rooms do not face the beach unless you’re on the second floor. There were 2 rooms that faced the beach. We would go back due to the closeness to the beach.”

“Charming room, great location, private beach, staff very willing to help and readily available. Included breakfast served in beach-facing sunroom. Very cozy and relaxing experience. Ample shade on beach-facing porch. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels provided and set up by staff. Parking is a bit challenging. Tight lot with small spaces and minimal clearance entering or leaving.”
