The Living room and kitchen are on the ground floor with access from the kitchen to a private south facing sunny terrace. The spacious bedroom and shower room are on the 1st floor, up a flight of stairs. The house is situated on Raleigh Road, it is a 10minute walk to the beach and about 5 minutes to the town centre with its shops cafes restaurants and cinema. EXMOUTH is a great place for cycling with a route right along the coast up to Exeter. We have secure storage available for bikes if you want to bring your own bicycles. Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk.
