Positive: This place is absolutely lovely! It's been updated, and is clean and totally functional. We had a little trouble using the code to get in, but the property manager, Mauricio Baquero, came over and put a personalized, simple code in for us.The yard is charming, and the house is thoughtfully appointed. Lots of hot, fast flowing water, clean and comfortable beds, mimi-splits in each room, washer and dryer....the location is perfect as it's right in the middle of the cape, making access to everything quite convenient. Further, the pricing was surprisingly sound. This will be our 'go to' place!

This place is absolutely lovely! It's been updated, and is clean and totally functional.
