“No body wash in the room upon arriving. This have been an ongoing experience. Dirty floors in the room. Also, ongoing. The front desk person was AMAZING!!”

“It was sad. Stayed 3 nights. Each afternoon my card keys didn’t work and I had to have them reprogrammed. Every day something was missing/out at breakfast (Friday was regular cream cheese, Saturday was coffee, Sunday was yogurt). Asked the front desk for conditioner to be refilled in the bathroom and got shampoo instead (after the front desk attendant finally took the earbud out to listen to me). Lobby/cmomon area didn't feel air conditioned. No elevator to 2nd floor. Slide is out of order at pool.”

“Room was clean, but the bed was squeaky every time we moved. That was a little annoying. Breakfast was fine.”

“The room was neat & clean. We did find a few dead bugs by the Air Conditioner. The bathroom fan & air conditioner were extremely loud. We couldn't turn the bathroom light on at night w/o waking up each other. At night when all is quiet the air goes off & on very noisily. The fan is so loud we had difficulty sleeping. Staff waa friendly & breakfast was great!”

“Very dirty, very old. Wi-Fi was intermittent. Very noisy. Couldn't get cell reception except outside. Cigarettes and dog poop surrounding the property.”

“The room was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The A/C worked well. There was some deferred maintenance issues as the bathroom sink faucet was very loose and had no cold water. The shower water was plumbed backwards. Minimal issues. We'd say there again for sure!”
