“The room was clean. Staff was friendly. They kept the breakfast well stocked and there’s always plenty of parking. I just wish their showers had detachable shower hoses to make showers easier for all the guests that come and stay at their property Disabilities or not.”

“I loved my stay at the Quality Inn Loudon-Concord. The staff were wonderful in every way, and the facilities were clean and well managed. Breakfast was fine as well. I definitely will return.”

“This stay was not as nice as in the past. The tile in the entry was loose, the door didn’t open easily nor close easily. The room next to mine was very loud.”

“Adequate accomodations. Staff was nice and room was clean which is all I care about. ”

“The indoor pool had not been available for at least a month and is not expected to be available for at least three months. The ground floor window of my room was unlocked with obvious safety concerns. The deadbolt for the door does not work as designed yet gives the appearance that it is functioning, another safety concern. There was exposed wiring in a lighting fixture that was in reach of a toddler. Yet another safety concern. On the plus side, the room was clean by my standards, which are low.”

“The ice machine was broken for 2 days, the pool is closed for the winter, the security lock fell off as soon as a I touched it , we had 3 large bath towels, no hand or wash cloths, quite frankly the breakfast needs updating badly ( we bring our own food for breakfast). The staff is Is excellent and accommodating. I think all the time and money is going towards the Tilton location ”
