“The towels were an issue! We ended up buying our own towels from the local Walmart so we could shower at our leisure and timing because they only exchanged the clean towels in the morning, and you had to give them the towels you had before you could get new clean towels, but not after 11am. So there were times that we didn't have bath towels and couldn't get a new set until the next day. This was inconvenient and kinda unsanitary. The staff had disputes amongst themselves and with management in front of the hotel guests on repeated occasions. They didn't have a fitness or gym area, and the breakfast was very lackluster.”

“everything was as we had hoped it would be. had hope to have breakfast but we left before 7 am.”

“The hotel is an older property. Walls had stains on them. Bathroom tile was lifted and shifted often. The bed linens had hair on them and were dingy. The worst part was when my husband asked for more towels, the male desk attendant said “you should have enough “. He said they did not have enough inventory. We stayed 2 nights, no only cleaned our room, which is why we asked for more towels. We will never stay there again.”

“The faucet handles at the sink and the mirror above the sink had toothpaste splatter on it, very disgusting!!!”

“The entire visit was disappointing. It was very noisy with people yelling at 4:30 in the morning. There was no coffee or juice at the breakfast. The food was cold. We had to ask for spoons to eat the cereal & yogurt. There were 3 guests reserved and we had to ask for a third washcloth. The attendant acted as it I were lying. One of the lamps would not work and had to be replaced. Suffice to say, we will not be staying there again.”

“Pool was empty, breakfast food ran out quick with not a lot of options, room keys kept disconnecting and had to be rekeyed multiple times. ”
