“Strung out homeless hanging outside property at night. Beer, alcohol bottles and HTC vapes thrown around the outside of building. Room was nice, bed super comfortable, surfaces could have been better cleaned.”

“Booked a king suite purposely because I’m traveling with a baby and was hoping to have a bedroom door to shut so my husband and I could stay up later and not disturb our son. When I arrived to my room it was a two full bed room; no suite. Went downstairs and the attendant realized a manager had left a note saying my room had maintenance issues and I was relocated. I appreciate they refunded the difference but it was still pretty annoying since we booked this hotel specifically to have a bedroom option. We would have stayed 30 minutes closer to our destination had I known the bedroom wasn’t an option. Otherwise the staff was friendly and the room was spacious and clean. AC was great. There was a slight musty smell in the hallway. Honestly would have just appreciated a phone call letting me know that the room wasn’t available anymore and maybe been given the option to cancel.”

“For a non-smoking facility, the halls smell of smoke, but my room did not. Breakfast was good. I've stayed there many times before and would rate the experience as OK. Just OK.”

“Amazing that's what comes to my mind! The Quality Inn & Hotel room the we stayed in was spacious, clean and welcoming with a large private full bathroom. From check-in (with Robin), during stay and while checking out (with Jon, the manager and with I believe her name was Diane) the staff was very friendly, welcomed and proactively engaged in our exchange of conversation and made our stay truly appreciated. Having traveled from Florida, we have stayed at various hotels in the southwest Michigan area and because of our recent stay at this hotel, we have concluded that the Niles Quality Inn & Suites (in Niles, Michigan) will be our go to place for hotel accommodation whenever we are in their area. “Very clean room and lovely little space. Booked this room myself for work purposes and the cost for the value was awesome. Relatively inexpensive and you could tell the staff took pride in what they do. The toilet paper was even folded into little triangles at the end of the roll; small details really set this place off in a good way. I recently have had to stay in another local hotel that is much bigger, a more recognizable name, etc. and hands down I would pick Quality Inn over them any day. And the breakfast was nice too! Overall very happy with my stay.”

“The property was old but had new carpet in halls and room. Upon checkin We had an issue with our room key not working. After having the front desk rekey it 3 times, the person at the desk came up and said the mechanism needed a new battery. He let us in our room using a master key. He said he would upgrade our rooom for us due to the trouble if one was available. We did not hear from him again. The battery was changed. We left for a wedding in the area and returned after 1230 am - only to go to our room and find our keys would not open our room door again. They were rekeyed again - again didn't work. We had to be let into our room again via master keys. This front desk person said we would probably get a credit - possibly credit our entire room charge - but when we left in the morning nothing was decided - he took our contact phone number - but at this time, we have not been contacted or given any credit.”
