Positive: The breakfast was pretty expensive, as I have anticipated, but I enjoyed it. The staff at reception was great, helpful and kind. The bed was comfortable and the room was quite big.
Negative: The price/product ratio seems unreasonable. For the price, I expected a really clean room - that was not the case with dust everywhere, spider webs in corners and some garbage left from previous guests in one of the closets. The staff in the dining room was unfriendly, when I said hello, they forced me to say bonjour - otherwise they would not hand me a plate? Sure, I can do that, but the way the whole interaction was executed at their part was just rude, maybe supposed to be funny, still not ok (for an international hotel this is not acceptable, if I stayed in a local inn I would not raise this issue). There was Netflix but it was not working, there was no connection of it to the TV when I wanted to log in with my account. The corridors seem badly managed and the elevators outdated also. Weird sounds coming from the pipes next to the bathroom - the closet with pipes opened and looking creepy.

We stayed in an older room but it was still very quiet and lovely. Thought it was a double - Didn’t like the 2 twin beds together set up . Always hard to sleep.
Summary: Wonderful staff. Great hotel. And wonderful amenities. The wellness is my favorite. And pool.

Super friendly and kind staff, decent restaurant and pool area. The location was superb and our questions were answered timely.
Negative:
No aircondition in the bedroom of the suite, super weak old one in the living area. Generally very worn room and bathroom, with very weak wifi service. No one picked up the phone for room service. All in all for the money not worth it.

The room was large and newly renovated with good coffee machine. Crisp linens and good space.
Negative:
It was hot. The window was locked so we couldn’t open it. Also the air con did not go below 22 degrees. Clean could be a bit better. The window we were in, although recently built hadn’t quite been finished in parts.
Summary: Reasonable hotel by a big chain.
