“This is typically our “go-to” place to stay when we visit back home. After this stay we may choose another hotel in the area. Normally everything is perfect but started off they “overbooked” the poolside rooms-which is what we requested and paid for. The first night we were given an upstairs room (I have bad knees and there’s no elevator). We got up the stairs to our room to find it occupied by someone already, luckily they had the security lock engaged. Went back down stairs to the front desk and was given an outside room. The next afternoon we were switched to a poolside room but the ceiling tile above the closet was missing and the shower wall had hair on it. I was disgusted. Time to find a new place to stay.”

“Nice older hotel. The indoor pool is nice.”

“The room was semi clean, other than some random hair and the couch smelled like body odor. The ice machine did not operate properly.”

“Staff were awesome, beds were not that comfy but the beds were clean , bathrooms in the hotel room in dulux rooms around the pool area are very cramp for any size person, toilet seem loose from the wall but rooms are very clean but if it says room are sound proof they are not and about a 1 inch gap under the door to floor.. pool was very clean but pad around the pool very slick if wet internet is weak 10.3mbps but will i stay again i sure will”

“This place is older and it is definitely showing it's age... I will say it was safe, clean, very friendly, and easy to get into and out of. the breakfast was sufficient, but not anything special. a good choice for the price point.”

“Lamp didn’t work over the desk, hair dryer didn't work, room smelled bad, bath tub was in terrible condition, body soap was out, towels were stained and dirty looking, and room smelled like a smoke. I requested a pet friendly room not a smoking room. I've stayed here a couple times before and it has really gotten run down.”
